I am not sure if I know my UW NetID

Try the UW NetID test page. If you can login successfully your UW NetID and password are working.

If you can't successfully login on the UW NetID test page use one of the links from that page to determine the problem (forgotten password, etc.)

I have a UW NetID, but it doesn't access my library account.

Try the UW NetID test page. If you can login successfully your UW NetID is probably not in the libraries database. You can have your UW NetID entered at any circulation desk or you can call one of the numbers below and library staff will enter your UW NetID in our database.

I cannot access my library account and I need to renew a book, place a hold, or conduct other library business now.
